J Studios Artists Community Inc. is an artist run community that has been providing studio and workshop spaces at our North Fitzroy site since 2005 and since 2018 at St Georges Road.
J Studios Artists Community Inc. currently employs one part-time staff member as coordinator for the studios. Members run the community through the Management Committee, members can nominate to be on the committee or come to meetings casually. We have an annual AGM in accordance with our obligations, as a not-for-profit incorporated association. All profits are returned to the studios to develop the infrastructure as the members see fit.
